a 2009 paid member in good standing. In order for the nominee to be accepted on the ballot, they have to be a 2009 paid member

be received or post marked on or before 26 December 2009. We will then submit the
ballots with the nominees to be voted on. You may nominate someone if they pay their dues at
the same time.

its true potential for greatness. This is particularly crucial at this time because people of African descent in this country
need our focused attention and expertise more than ever. Our collective advocacy and action will enhance the opportunities
for black people to receive optimal mental health and an improved quality of life.
