in good standing. In order for the nominee to be accepted on the ballot, they have to be a 2009 paid member in good standing.

MUST be received or post marked on or before 26 December 2009. We will then submit
the ballots with the nominees to be voted on. You may nominate someone if they
pay their dues at the same time.
